AVAILABLE OPENINGS

IntelliSyn is looking for exceptionally qualified synthetic scientists to help drive our drug discovery programs. Ideal qualifications include:
• Ph.D. or  M.Sc. degree
• Thorough mechanistic understanding and demonstrated expertise in complex heterocyclic and organometallic synthesis, total synthesis, transition metal catalysis, and asymmetric catalysis
• Expertise in NMR spectroscopy for structural elucidation including use of multi-dimensional experiments such as COSY and NOESY

IntelliSyn is looking for experienced (5-10 yr) medicinal scientists to help drive our multi-disciplinary discovery teams. Ideal qualifications include:
• Ph.D. or M.Sc. degree with exemplary industry experience
• Thorough mechanistic understanding and demonstrated expertise in complex heterocyclic and organometallic synthesis, total synthesis, transition metal catalysis, and asymmetric catalysis
• Demonstrated track record in multi-parameter optimization including ADME/tox principles, physicochemcial properties, metabolism, permeation, anti-target properties (hERG channel, CYP isoforms), transporters, and related core druggability determinants
• Demonstrated expertise in applying physicochemical and conformational understanding to target design
• Therapeutic area experience in hit-to-lead and lead optimization activities, including ADME, preclinical safety, in vivo pharmacology
